After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. You can also track the status of your order using our tracking page. 

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $40 within the contiguous United States and Canada. LTL Shipments for Certified Factory Second Products will have calculated shipping costs applied.

Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Express delivery options are not available for X Series 30 and Luxeve fire pits and the X Series Table. Rates are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Ground - Free delivery 2 to 4 business days after processing. 

FedEx Express Saver - Orders will be delivered 3 business days after the package is shipped. 

FedEx Standard Overnight - Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day. 

ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIPPING

UPS Ground - 2 to 5 days business days after processing. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day. Delivery rates calculated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Orders to Canada can be expected to arrive within 2 to 4 days after they are shipped - and will ship from our Toronto facility. 

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS 

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel your order, email contact@breeollc.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
