Products that don't pass final inspection at our production facility have never been burned in and are 100% functional. They may have aesthetic blemishes that include, but are not limited to: uneven patina, scratches, dents, bent edges, adhesive remnants, and other non-function-impacting blemishes.

Factory seconds have not been used or burned in. The cosmetic flaws have either occurred during production, warehousing or transportation.
