You can expect that the product you receive will have cosmetic flaws. Functionality will not be affected. Cosmetic flaws include, but are not limited to: uneven patina, scratches, dents, bent edges, adhesive remnants, and other non-function-impacting blemishes.

Factory seconds have not been used or burned in. The cosmetic flaws have either occurred during production, warehousing or transportation.

Shipping - Ground Shipping on most Factory Seconds is free!

For heavier/larger products (X Series Table, Pizza Oven, X30, X42 and Luxeve Fire Pits) that require LTL shipping, an additional fee will be calculated at checkout.

Warranty - Breeo’s lifetime warranty does not apply to factory seconds products. All products are sold “as-is”.

Return Policy - Due to their nature, Certified Factory Seconds are final sale.

However, if you find an issue with your product's functionality or do not receive your product, please contact our customer service department.

No sale discounts or discount codes may be applied to factory seconds products.
