Refund policy

If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival for all products EXCEPT for Live Fire Grill, X Series 30, X Series 42 Luxeve fire pits, X Series 7 Piece Dining Set, X Series Table, Zentro 24, Zentro 30, and fuel (Waterproof Firestarters, Oak Firewood). If you are returning an X Series 30, X Series 42, X Series Table, Luxeve fire pit, or X Series 7 Piece Dining Set, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Due to their nature, all fuel (Waterproof Firestarters and Oak Firewood) purchases are final. Should you encounter any unforeseen issues, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. 

For returning items outside the 30 days or used, we ask that you pay a 20% restocking fee on the product refund.

For items purchased outside 90 days, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on these products. Express/Overnight shipping orders will not be refunded for the shipping cost when returned.

For returning or exchanging apparel, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of purchasing and the item needs to be unworn and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Apparel that is worn or outside the 30 days will result in a store credit, and not a refund.

We do have an extended holiday return window, which is 45 days, and this applies to orders placed between 11/19-12/25. The items still need to be unused and in the original packaging.

After you receive your order, you have 7 days to open and inspect the items. If something is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@breeollc.com with photos/videos to document the issue. One of our team members will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
