Animal-style burgers on a buttery croissant 👌🍔🔥 Topped with bacon jam and a homemade burger sauce, you can’t go wrong with this iconic burger cooked over the fire. Recipe ⬇️ FOR THE SAUCE - 2 Tbsp mayo - 2 Tbsp ketchup - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp Firemaster Staple Seasoning - 1 Tbsp sriracha - 1 tsp pickled jalepeno juice - 1 tsp paprika FOR THE BURGER - four 80/20 beef patties - 1 onion - 10 strips of bacon, thinly sliced - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp brown sugar - yellow mustard - Gouda cheese slices - fresh croissants INSTRUCTIONS 1. Get your fire started at least 45 minutes prior to cooking to establish a bed of coals 2. Heat up a cast iron pan on your skillet rest and add your sliced bacon 3. Once your bacon is halfway cooked, add a diced onion and cook until soft 4. Add your Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until your bacon jam has developed a darker brown color, but not burnt. 5. Place your SearPlate Griddle on your fire pit and get it up to temp, grease it with a stick of butter for a non stick surface. 6. Place your patties and season with your favorite Firemaster Seasoning and squirt a small amount of mustard on each patty to help caramelize the crust when you flip. 7. Once flipped, cook for another 2-3 minutes and top with cheese. 8. Add your croissants face down and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 9.
