Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers

What You’ll Need

  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon FIREMASTER SAVORY seasoning


  1. Add the olive oil, lime juice, and FIREMASTER SAVORY seasoning to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  2. Thread the shrimp on the skewers and place in a ziplock bag.
  3. Pour the marinade on the skewers in the bag. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
  4. Close the bag and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
  5. Once your fire has reached medium to high heat, place the shrimp skewers on the outpost grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the Outpost Grill to a plate and sprinkle with additional cilantro before serving.
