SHIPPING, RETURNS, WARRANTY

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $40 within the contiguous United States. Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Express delivery options are not available for X Series 30 and Luxeve Fire Pits, the Live-Fire Grill, Pizza Oven, and the X Series Table. Rates are calculated at checkout.
