Evening fires are the perfect way to wind down after a long day. These savory Garlic Butter Steak Bites are irresistible and come together in just 20 minutes. The FIREMASTER SECRET pairs well with the steak pieces and butter sauce to create a dish everyone will be talking about for months.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-2.5 pound Cab top round london broil steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • FIREMASTER SECRET seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet on the Outpost Grill.
  2. Cut the steak into one-inch chunks and add them to a bowl.
  3. In the bowl, drizzle the steak with olive oil, season with FIREMASTER SECRET seasoning, and mix. Make sure the steak pieces are coated evenly.
  4. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak in a single layer to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, without turning.
  5. Add the 4 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Stir the steak bites for another 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat.
  8. Top with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
